Sponsorships / Products
I currently represent Fleet Feet Cincy when I race, with a full uniform and warm-up kit designed with USATF/IAAF Rule 50 in mind.
I am, however, always interested in new sponsors from other non-running-store players within the industry (or even outside of it, as well) -- footwear, apparel, nutrition/hydration, injury prevention, etc. I can't promise logo space on my uniform (that would be something to discuss on a case-by-case basis due to various event restrictions), but we can do warm-up and cool-down layers at highly visible events (read: races). It may not be all that sexy, but believe me: people notice the fast guys. And with road race participation numbers in the thousands (and tens of thousands), that can be a sizable audience.
Additional sponsors also have a place on my blog, with a prime spot on the left column -- alongside the Fleet Feet logos and links. You will also receive promotion on my various social media accounts.
If you have a specific product that you would like me to review and/or promote, contact me and (if I agree with your product) we will work out the appropriate messaging, whether that's a blog post, sidebar image and link, or something else.
Speaking Engagements
While I am not a natural public speaker (or, you know, an anytime speaker...), I have given talks to groups in the past. I have spoken at the Cincinnati Hills League high school cross country camps as well as being the keynote speaker at the 2016 Cincinnati Children's Hospital Runner's Symposium.
As someone who has run competitively in high school, college, and post-college, including the US Olympic Marathon Trials, I have a ton of experience to share. I'd be glad to speak to your group.
